A band called the Manic Street Preachers, in my mind the first band to ship themselves before their fans. I'd bring examples, but I'd have to see if I saved the ones I want on Photobucket. Nowadays I try to slash less slashy bands.

Out of all the flashy things I've seen live with these two... it's either The Hug™ from the RNR HOF -- James lifting Lars up from the ground and swinging him around on live television -- or James grabbing Lars before he fell off the stage then checking up on him to make sure he was okay.

my favorite part is not the snuggling (which is clearly playful) but the fact they are holding hands when the video starts, and THAT is completely natural

The final Police concert. Sting went backstage and had his god-awful beard shaved clean before the encores. As soon as it was done Stewart went up and kissed him on the lips, then ran off a grinning fool.
