It's the winter of 1992. The chaos within the black metal scene seems to cool down, after the entire controversy because of Dead's suicide has stopped.
In order to meet her idols, Mayhem, Ilsa convinces her cousin Kataleya to take her to Oslo during the winter break, so she can see them live. Kataleya agrees eventually, even though she isn't fond of the band.
Their deal is: go see the concert, then return home. However, once you get into the scene, you'll have a hard time getting out....
A new girl comes from Finland and gets introduced in the black circle by her best friend, a very desired female among the blackers. Since she is a bit different from them, they treat her like an outcast and ignore her for the most part, just like they treat Dead.
The vocalists first impression on her is not a good one and he tries to avoid her, but with time, he learns that she isn't that bad.
The two start a friendship. Will it remain that way?...

This is just perfect. The title, Jerry, Stoney, Harold, and everything else.
I love that Stoney went to Jerry instead of just staying in a hotel room and beating himself up. I especially love how Jerry just knows what Stoney is thinking.

I've been following this story and I just realized I have never posted a review. Have to change that! I really love the development of Chris and Eddie's relationship, but I can't help feeling bad Layne! I have a feeling someone will get hurt. Is Chris gonna be able to manage this situation? Will be looking forward to the next chapter (: —SheWolf, for SlavesAndBulldozers's A Carefree Beachgoer
